  29 minutes to change a light bulb with a line of cars behind?? That can't be right for a business model that has, "Instant" in the name. Total wait time in the line was 40 minutes and I just had to end up leaving. Going to give another location (further away, unfortunately) a chance later this week and then that several years' of business elsewhere if that doesn't work out better.

  This is the ONLY location I ever go to get my oil changed and it’s been that way for years. Every single time I go, I always compliment the employees because they are all so quick, kind & efficient. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences. Ash (Assistant Manager) is a literal gem. Ash saved me time & money by suggesting some maintenance before performing a change that would just need to happen again after the repair regardless. So I really trust this place and they are FAST. Honest work & pleasant people to interact with every visit. Highly recommend! ❤️

  I have been to Valvoline twice for an oil change and both times I was very very pleased with the service. The employees was very knowledgeable and shared in details what needed to be done to my car. They employees were very nice and they were very professional. I will be going back again in the future when I need something done to my car.
