  Friendly. Very busy so had to wait but staff communicated well. Ran out of washer fluid but offered to fill me up for free if I return when they get more fluid

  Had a wonderful experience Brandon was very informative and showed me some issues with my car I had no idea about. He took pictures and video and took the time to stop what he was doing and explain what was needed and recommended a shop that could do the work they were unable to do at valvoline.

  Brandon, Jaedon and Daniel did a Phenomenal job getting my oil changed and me out the door. Friendly and professional! As A regular at valvoline, it feel good to know my car is well cared for! Thanks gentlemen!

  Super fast and great customer service. Ash was very knowledgeable and she not only told use about the abin air filter. She showed us and gave advice on how to help in the future.

  Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Without a long story I'll say that Ash, Brandon, Jesse, and Dillon (i asked for their names to leave this review) helped me tremendously, not only by providing an exemplary professional oil change, they also helped answer questions pertaining to an oil leak and parasitic battery draw i was working on myself in my 06 CRV and was really stressing about. Brandon even wiped down a substantial amount of leaking oil on my frame and even took a before and after video to help console me about the gasket change I was doing by myself for the first time to save me money and stop the leak. Guess it turned into a long story after all. This truly meant the world to me because the previous people who had been changing my oil for the last 6 years severely messed up last time and handled it very poorly. I was on my own again, without a desire to change my own oil in my apartment complex parking lot and these guys really got a new customer(me) today. Hands down 10/10 and I'm 100% sure this was not an isolated incident. This is clearly how they operate at this location. This is a gold standard and all oil change places should use this as training material. So relieved. 🙏🤝 thank you very much for today, I'll be back next change for sure. Also, website coupons actually worked, and there was no pricing sticker shock.
