If you say you’re open at 8, open at 8 or at least tend to customers to let them know it’s going to be a few minutes. Taking my business down the street to Take 5.

The Manager came by and told me that whenever I need fluid top off or pressure checked that their no chart. She said the 1st priority is that the customer is safe and then satisfied.
