  One of the better locations I’ve tried with NTB they fixed my issues and listen to my complaints and make my visits better they truly are a representation of what a good business looks like for a company

  They always put in the effort to help me I love coming here Followed Jamie from her old store on broad but once they closed down I didn’t know cause I only trusted her but followed her new Location locked in with NTB forever

  These people are great Khalil was honest with me and helped me understand everything going on kept me updated etc even offered a way for me to pay later when I told him my story I didn’t do it got it handled but I appreciate him putting in the effort Him and His Manager Jamie are great

  Great service from start to finish! Got me in quickly when booking an appointment, quoted a reasonable price, kept me informed throughout the process, and got my car back by the time promised! Will definitely use them again!

  I would give them ten stars if I could. On the Friday before Christmas, driving back to the DC area, I discovered a nail in my tire that wouldn’t go all the way in, causing a constant dinging sound and a noticeable drop in tire pressure, which made it feel impossible to drive safely. I took my chances and stopped at NTB with no appointment, walking straight into the service bay out of desperation because I really wanted to get home to my family that night. One of the technicians, Mr. N (a tall gentleman, over 6’1”, whose name I only know starts with an N), immediately stepped away from the car he was working on and guided me to a safe spot. He listened carefully to all my concerns, did his best to calm me down, checked for a spare tire, examined the visible nail, and inspected another spot on the tire that looked like it had metal in it. He then spoke with the front desk and arranged for my car to be checked right away to see if the tire could be repaired. After only about ten minutes, he explained that while the spot with the single nail was actually repairable, the other area contained three larger nails grouped together that could not be safely patched because removing them would leave too large a hole. That was when I realized this was why the tire had always been leaking faster than the others; those three nails were old damage, while the new nail that had not gone all the way in was just making everything worse that day by accelerating the pressure loss. I begged him to at least patch the new puncture so I could make the roughly 100-mile drive back to D.C., but after consulting his manager, they both decided against it for my safety. Because my car is an Audi Q7 and requires special tires they did not have in stock, they went above and beyond by contacting the Audi dealership in Richmond on my behalf, confirming the tire was available, and letting them know I was on my way. Mr. N also topped off the tire to a safe pressure and reassured me that it would be enough for me to get to the dealership. It was already around 5 p.m., so I had to rush to make it there before closing. When I asked what I owed for their time and inspection, both the manager and Mr. N refused to take any payment and simply wished me luck and urged me to head to Audi as soon as possible. Thanks to their help, I was able to get a new tire installed at Audi that evening and still make it home that night. None of this would have been possible without NTB, Mr. N, and the manager—ten stars if I could.
