Was kept well-informed about the exact details of the maintenance needed, price ranges, payment options, follow-up appointment scheduling, and even additional issues to be addressed later that they also noticed. I’m very satisfied with this team!

I had a warranty and couldn't replaced however I live in Henrico and didn't want to deal with the rude woman who answered the phone. So I go to ntb and was told 165 for a tire when online said $111 after taxes. I spoke on this and the woman told me let me see what I can do. Typed in a few things and says how about 155? I told her no it's ok. She did tell me to have the tire plugged bc it was a good tire. That's exactly what I did and cost me 20 bucks. She did end up helping me in that aspect. The prices day one thing online and another once u arrive that's the only thing I had an issue with.
