    Returned my one way car here. A young lady with black nail polish helped me and was awesome on getting everything straightened out. Kuddos to get AND the team. They worked well together.

    My first time renting a vehicle and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Enterprise. Making the reservation over the phone very quick and easy. The pick up and return process is very efficient and only takes a few minutes. Nikki and all of the employees I interacted with were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them the next time I have a need for a rental vehicle.

    They last minute cancel my reservation saying Van got recall.. They just think customer can just shift their plans .. I am not sure what type of business they running here.

    DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! I have been an Emerald member for over 10 years. My last rental was for a week where I was required to travel to two different cities in two different states. A week after returning the rental my credit card was charged for a week's worth of tolls in my home city - which I wasn't in for 5 days! When I contacted Enterprise they asked me to email them proof that I was out of the area and couldn't have triggered the tolls. After I did this they still charged my card for a toll on the morning I had returned home even though I had not driven on any toll roads on my trip. Eventually I had to get my credit card company involved. After over 10 years of exclusively renting from Enterprise, my loyalty and history were completely neglected for $35. It was incredible that I had to "prove" that I was out of the city where the tolls were charged. 10 years of renting and acquiring Emerald status meant nothing. Never rent from a company who has no respect for their devoted and loyal customers.
