- KPkumar POct 27, 20202.0Usually enterprise doesn’t disappoint me but this location disappointed twice .. been here on a long weekend and they didn’t had the car I was looking for .. the only car they had was a midsize suv which I never would have taken anyways.. there were no other options nor they are willing to give an upgrade or something .. had to go back disappointed.. always been an enterprise customer ... surely not this branch..

I have been renting through USAA who provides me an underage waiver. The representative who called me informed me that was something he had never heard of and I needed someone else to pick up the vehicle. After sitting on the phone for over an hour I was able to find someone who knew what they were talking about and rent me the vehicle.
