Called to inquire about a tri-toon (Ranger 223FC w/a Merc 200 4s) that was supposed to be in stock and wanted to make sure it was before making the drive down to see it for myself. Kyle was short, curt, and didn't seem to want to be bothered. He asked how could he help me and informed him that he couldn't after talking to him. But the again, he did help me by saving me a trip to some where I would not want to do business with anytime soon. Strikes me as someone who wants only the sale and nothing beyond getting the money. I was EXTREMELY excited about the prospect of getting this new toon only to be EXTREMELY disappointed after making the call. Don't know what it is nowadays with sales people, you'd think they'd learn a thing or two about business and telephone etiquette as they could be doing so much better. Looks like he also saved me from spending upwards of 70+K at this location. The search continues for my new tri-toon!!
