    Super rude, no customer service skills. Guy who works in the back cutting locks on trailers is a real piece of work. Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude!

    Advertising a 300 ATV in camo, does not have it in stock, supposedly called all stores and nobody has one they can get shipped to me. Tells me I have to wait for whenever the next shipment comes in which they don't even know a date. Can't give me any time frame. When I call a gentleman answers the phone, HELLO, DOESN'T SAY BASS PRO SHOPS OR ACT LIKE HE EVEN KNOWS HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT I WAS CALLING SOMEBODY'S HOUSE. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. I'M STILL WAITING TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY MIGHT HAVE THE ADVERTISED BIKE IN STOCK. BUT SOMETHING TELLS ME THAT WON'T HAPPEN. BASS PRO SHOPS DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

    Very disappointing to know that they don't stand by their products in the store may buy it there, but you're pretty much on your own after that. You have to go to the product of the company to get them. To send the boat to certified store. When you buy a brand new boat. From my dealer, they add new parts to the new boat that you bought at the store You kinda expect. That the items they add are warranty and they can fix. Very difficult but a learning experience for me.

    I just went into Bass Pros Henrico store to ask about a 150HP Mercury outboard and when I spoke to Kyle I soon realized I came to the right place. Kyle knew the product inside out!! He offered good advice for each question I had and even offered a few things to consider while deciding which motor and components to get with it. I left knowing so much more than I knew when I walked in it was a great experience to find such a knowledgeable salesman! Thats rare now a days!
