  Got my oil & radiator fluid changed today , they failed to put my skid plate back on correctly , which caused it too completely shred after i left.

  First, let me say that this rating is based off of policy. I have three cars that I maintain well and use top-tier oil and top tier filters. I only use Amsoil full synthetic and Amsoil filters or Mobile one full synthetic in Mobile one filters since this place opened, I brought all three of my cars here and they would happily change my oil. The service was great. The people were nice and I got as much enjoyment out of an oil change as possible, coming to this location however recently policy Changed, and they will not change my oil and use my filter. I don’t know anything about the no-name filter. Valvoline wants to put on my car and I don’t care to. I want a brand-name filter that I can trust that is good for an excess of my change interval. While I am sure this policy may make some sort of sense to the management here…….Jiffy Lube, and the other local local garages that will use my filter, thank you for the business you drive to them with my three cars.

  Manager Clayton is a lair. Young guy needs major training. I don’t think he knows how to handle situations with customers. His reaction is to just lie. Don’t trust him or this place.

  Way better experience than I thought it was going to be. Friendly staff and full explanations of everything. The convenience is top notch! I didn't have to get out of my vehicle. I will definitely be going back for every oil change.

  If you’re someone who usually doesn’t read long reviews and just wants to know whether this shop is worth trying, here’s my short answer: If I lived closer, this would be my go-to shop without hesitation. I received a great deal of help here, and every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind and professional. This wasn’t just surface-level friendliness — the team here clearly has real passion and a strong desire to help their customers. That combination is rare, and in my book, it’s close to perfect. My car unexpectedly broke down while I was driving, and even though they were busy, the staff took the time to help me and made sure I wasn’t left struggling. It was obvious that they were doing everything they could to improve the situation. Even as someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I could clearly see the effort and care they put in. If you live nearby and are considering this shop, I honestly recommend giving them a try. You’ve got nothing to lose — go see for yourself. A big thank you to all the staff and technicians here. I truly wish them the best.
