- KJKristian JJun 11, 20255.0Took two KTM wheels and tires over to get changed out. After one wheel and tube was butchered by another shop these guys had them both mounted and balanced in no time. Neither of my rims were scratched, they actually cleaned them. I'm really particular about who works on my bikes and I wouldn't hesitate to take any of them back to Triumph of Harrisonburg. They know what they're doing, the prices are on the low side and I'm happy I found good people.

During our annual bike trip (even after I had them checked by my local dealer) I soon heard some squeaking from the front brakes. We're in Staunton, Virginia as part of our tour and down the road is a Triumph dealer. I call today to see if they can fit me in tomorrow and they took me this afternoon. I arrived to soon realize that my valve gasket seal has been ruptured and I was leaking oil from the engine. The mechanics Steve and Chris stayed late, after normal hours to repair my brakes, change the gasket, swap out old plugs for new (I'm at 40,000 km) and they had it opened up already and suggested it. Two hours or so later I am back on the road with a Rocket III Roadster in tip-top shape. If it had happened at any other point in my trip, it would have been a completely different story. I did buy them a case of beer for their efforts (I had time to walk to the store and back) but their kindness to a out of town biker was beyond amazing.
