  A telephone call on an 800 number took me to the nearest tire Mr tire auto and I was able to have new tires put on my car within about 2 hours on our Friday afternoon after 4:00 the place. The place was busy with customers and I was able to move up fast and get my service and pay a very reasonable price for a set of tires. The people there were very courteous and informative concerning my needs and help me get out the door as soon as possible. This is my first experience with Mr tire and I was an out of town customer in Harrisonburg Virginia. Would recommend them to others.

  I had a screw in my tire and took it in and they repaired my tire in no time. When I went to pay they didn't charge me anything for it. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely go back if and/or when I need any other work done or tires. I would definitely recommend this business!

  There was only one technician there to service cars for the past three weeks. Paid well over $1000 and still didn’t even get the issue fixed that I had brought it in for. Honest guy, But shorthanded and overworked. Until they get some service technicians to work there, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

  First tire was wrong,tread they ordered right one and got me in next day as soon as Tire got there. Very apologized about mistake but corrected it, professional and courteous. 2nd set bought getting ready to buy set for car. Mr Tire only place for me. Highly recommend.

  Store Manager Jason Hays goes out of his way to help his customers. He went to another store 25 minutes down the road to pick up a tire for us after he got out of work for the day just to help us out in a pinch. He is very patient and treats people like family. He deserves the best for his excellent service to his community at Mr. Tire.
