  I came into the shop late with a flat after Firestone turned me away. They took me in, patched me up, and treated me right. They made the difference between getting back on the road and having to wait in town overnight. Top tier staff.

  I scheduled a 10 AM appointment at Mr. Tire to get a new tire mounted on a rim for my RV. I even removed the tire myself ahead of time, thinking it would make things easier—not a huge deal on my end. But upon arrival, they told me they didn’t have the right equipment to handle it, which was frustrating since it was specifically for tire service. I waited over two hours just for them to finally put the new tire on the rim, and then I had to reinstall it on the RV myself. The whole process felt inefficient and poorly prepared. The only redeeming part was the young lady at the front desk, who was pleasant and apologetic throughout. Still, this experience was disappointing overall—better equipment and quicker service would make a big difference. I probably won’t return for anything beyond the basics.

  im new to owning a car and I went in for an oil change, not knowing what it looked like. The people were great and the service was done in a timely manner. All of my concerns were addressed professionally and in a way I understand. There was also a complementary tire rotation, and a brake and battery check with no extra cost to me. All in all, wonderful service and I will be talking any vehicle I own now and in the near future to this shop.

  The manager worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He was very kind and understanding of my situation. The coupon I had didn't work out for me, so he found a discount for me instead. It was a great experience! I'm happy with my visit and will go back again.

  I brought in my vehicle on October 16th 2025 it had a slow leak in my rear drivers side on my Tacoma. So from the start I was at Firestone down the road pulled into Firestone parking lot I called Mr tire while pulling in (I usually go to Firestone but they have been horrible lately). Kayla answered the phone was super sweet please and thank you had great manners and great customer service. So I thought well let me give them a try. They are in a good location right in front of martins on 33. So I stopped walked in Kayla greeted me I told her I had called she said okay yes we will get to it asap. So I sat down because I was figuring an hour or two. Within 10 minutes my truck was being pulled in. I walked outside to see what they could find as I was curious because I had looked over and over the tire with no success. Corey was working on my truck I watched as he worked. He never once got angry with me watching. So I started asking questions he responded appropriately and was very polite and respectful. He looked at the tire for a bet 30 minutes he said well I think it's a bead (where the tire seals). Obviously that made since as I don't have a tire machine so I couldn't dismount and remount the tire. There was some rust so he cleaned it off as well. Note this is a 2017 toyota Tacoma with less then 100k miles on it. So I thought okay that sounds good. He dismounted the tire remounted it adjusted the pressure accordingly. I go inside to pay I look out and he's doing the spare tire the other tires. Which obviously I didn't ask for but appreciate. I pay 25 dollars and some odd cents. I leave next morning I get up tires going flat again I call in once again Kayla answers. She gets me right in. I go in and start talking to her she apologize multiple times. Which wasn't a big deal to me because obviously mistakes happen you can't be right 100 percent of the time. So the same mechanic came out got the truck within 5 minutes inside it went. Then comes Jason the store manager he walks into the lobby and ask some general questions and is very polite assures me they will figure it out. So I'm waiting patiently next thing I know Jason comes back in and says they found a tiny tiny tiny nail. So they pulled it out and plugged it. So I was like great sounds good. They pull it out Corey walks into the lobby snd apologizes again for the inconvenience. I tell him no it's not an inconvenience at all you can't be perfect. He says thanks and apologizes again. I get in my truck and leave. This place has the best customer service the nicest people and they don't care about the money or the time. They wanna make it right and will go above and beyond to make sure it's done right at the end of the day. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything I will be back multiple times. Thanks so much!
