I don't think everyone there is the same but on that day I got the worst professionally speaking.

I also have them do all my maintenance work and they are very professional about all that as well. They have a free unlimited (extended powertrain warranty) on their f250 Super duty trucks and possibly other models now. Just keep up with your scheduled maintenance and this extended warranty stays intact. Not a lot of dealers offer this and is worth checking out. As of this writing, they have a really nice large stock of vehicles on their lot. Their sales staff have also been very helpful and low pressure. Overall, I recommend checking them out and giving them a shot especially if you want that "relationship" experience of working with the same dealership after the sale.
