  I had a great experience dealing with Harrisonburg Ford. They were very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. My sales associate Cassidy was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and a pleasure to deal with. She was honest and upfront and most of all PATIENT. Which to me is the most important part of the buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  Communication is sub par with the service department. They had put the wrong odometer reading in my last oil change which affected the length of time for my most recent one and made it appear I was over this time. Nobody apologized or tried to offer me anything to make it right and still charged me for the full oil change. I will go to another dealership.

  Having been buying new vehicles through out the years my best experience has been my recent one from the Kyle Billing and Jaylen Thompson Team here at the Harrisionburg Ford dealership! Everything I asked was explained thoroughly and very clearly! Kyle was beyond helpful in steering me through my buying experience! Above all,,, I appreciated the honesty from both of them! I would not hesitate for one moment in recommending or in purchasing another vehicle from Kyle !! Their truly a 5-Star production as is my ‘rating’ of both them, and the dealership ! Wade Crabill,, very happy Ford F-150 owner !

  Bought a bronco raptor from here half a year ago and forgot to leave a review Haggling was kinda stiff ended up working into a trade to get the price i was looking for The 5 star did the deal over the phone I came from 2 1/2 hours away and was towards the end of the day and they didnt change numbers or try to pull anything with the trade when I got here. They were very fast and respectful of my time. They made the process 30 minutes instead of 3 hours. Extra shoutout the salesman Kyle. He was fun to deal with and went out of his way to satisfy the deal and order me a 3rd party part and have it shipped to me Thanks again Everyone

  Would have loved to leave 5 stars but two things keep it from that. Purchased a used 2021 Acura RDX from Harrisonburg Ford last weekend. First, Kyle Biller does deserve 5 stars. Kyle was easy to work with, communicated when I reached out and answered questions before I made the trip down to see the car. Once there, he went above and beyond to help ID a rattle that turned out to be an easy fix. He also had the service team address a few things we found. Great attitude and walked me through everything. Definitely recommend working with him. Jalen in finance was also able to beat the rate I had from my own bank by a significant amount that reduced my overall cost and monthly payments. I was skeptical because in general, rates are obscene right now. So also, five stars there. Appreciate it! Now for the 3 stars. Paperwork said the service team performed oil change, transmission fluid flush and topped off all fluids. We popped the hood and the windshield wiper fluid was an echo chamber and the antifreeze was maybe 1/10 full. No biggie, but it made me question if they did the other work. My mechanic confirmed today that both the transmission fluid flush and oil change appear to have been completed. Other downside- I fully understand that the car is a 2021 and sold as-is. Signed away at that. However, I missed seeing the separation at the top corner of windshield when I was at the dealership. Noticed it the next day after bringing it home. I would have thought that when the windshield was replaced months ago (July?) that it would have been done correctly and not be separating or come with a repair warranty. My mechanic also immediately zoned in on it and said it would have to be fully replaced. So right out the door, I’m looking at $650 for a new windshield. I’m thinking the dealership mechanics also saw it and said “not my problem.” Lesson learned. All in all, this would probably be 5 stars if I bought a new or certified Ford from them, but I wanted the RDX and saw they had one available.
