  I used to have to pick up trucks. Sign on door saying they were delivering trucks come back later. Managers were there the whole time.

  The Enterprise representative for top-notch. Always friendly and very knowledgeable. The vehicles are always new clean and an excellent shape. I will use no other company.

  The staff at the location were excellent throughout, from the pickup to drop-off. Christian was terrific explaining the truck and how to use the loading ramp. Carlton was very helpful over the phone. Everyone else I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I rented an Isuzu 16' box truck for an interstate move which was well maintained and didn't have any issues over 2500 miles. Getting extensions on the rental period was straightforward. Would absolutely rent from them again.

  Exceptional staff. Convenient location. Trucks for rent. Of note: The manager of this location ( Sorry to say I have forgotten his name in the intervening time since I was there) should be running a much larger location. He went above and beyond for us when we were dropped unceremoniously on to his lot with a truck that blew out a tire. He was an absolute star in every possible way. It cannot be stated emphatically enough or often enough what a fantastic service provider, helpfulness provider and all around outstanding human he is. Enterprise needs to take this shining star and give him a location where he can truly let that brightness light the way for the customer.
