  I rent consistently from enterprise, honestly for the most I have a fine experience with them majority of the staff is decent and good to talk to. More times than not there’s always an issue whether it’s condescending people on the phone or being “accidentally” charged extra for certain things and having to argue with them and my bank to get to sorted out or the most frustrating of all becoming an appointment and being told I can’t pick it up till 12:00 I get there at 12:10 because of traffic and they tell me they cant help me because they are now closed. It’s just time and time after time of frustrations piling up and it’s like their only situation is oh sorry unfortunately we can’t help you with very little sympathy or regard how this will affect things. I’m honestly more annoyed and frustrated than anything.

  Good place to get your rental from. Prices are reasonable and vehicles r very well kept and run great.

  I was hit by someone in a enterprise car and they suck. So instead of making sure the person had sufficient insurance or coverage on the vehicle they're now trying to give the run around. The fact remains someone in your car hit me and you are responsible for taking care of the accident. There so laim as a rental company that wouldn't even offer me a rental isn't that sad.

  We were visiting the area and needed a car. We called ahead to reserve a car, we were told no problem they had a car for us. So we got a ride to the shop, over a half an hour. When we arrived there were five people working, all of them looked to be on break. The one person who did acknowledge us seemed put out at having some one there. She informed us that despite our reservation they had no cars for us. There was no attempt to help us solve the issue. She didn't really seem to care at all. Her only response was we could drive over 20 minutes to the next rental agency. No offer to help us with anything whatsoever. Altogether we left feeling that we had inconvenienced them by coming by for the car we had reserved. Would not recommend doing business with these people.

  I rent cars from enterprise price for out state family vacation i did that about 5 to 6 times so far. Sometimes when try to book online it show there is no car available. Whatever. Yesterday 10/14/2015. I book a car online and this morning I checked in. Called Uber to take me there. When get there I was told all car was booked until Friday. If a car return I will call you. I have very important matter to do. That why I head there to rent the car . Whatever feel disappointed. Will look for another place to rent car never enterprise again. Advise if you have to rent car for serious matter and you need the car. No matter for how head of time you rent the day on pickup it might be not available. See other options for the worst.
