  Friendly people at Harrisonburg, Va location but had a week rental and had to get Uber to and from Airport disappointed since have corporate account.

  Terrible experience at this location. Location was not able to provide the vehicle type we rented, despite confirming the reservation with us via phone the day before. Definitely won't use this location again, obvious management issues here. Stopped by today to pickup a car with a reservation. Reservation was for Toyota Camry or similar mid-sized sedan. When we went out to look at the vehicle, ours had not been cleaned and had brown stains covering the driver's seat. Then they showed us the other Camry available. It had a even worse stain on the front passenger seat, which appeared to be from an incontinent passenger. The third vehicle was no longer in the class we had reserved. The trunk of the third vehicle would not open. They then went to pick up a vehicle from another Enterprise location. After sitting in their lobby for two hours, we were offered a compact car with entry level trim package. No adaptive cruise control, one of the specific option we wanted for a very long drive. Car was so basic it didn't even have a key FOB. We got one metal key. Finally, the enterprise employee who went to retrieve the rental smoked in the car on the way back. So he and the car reeked when it was turned over to us. Advise anyone renting from here to get a tetanus shot before entering the lobby, currently there is a used bandaid mixed amongst the other debris on the carpet next to their Christmas tree, and be prepared to clean your rental yourself, before touching anything inside it.

  I absolutely love Enterprise in Harrisonburg!! Everytime I get a rental they never fail.. Easy Process And Very Comfortable!! Shout Out to Omar he made my process smooth and easy And got me in and out during my lunch break! keep up the good work you guys!

  They picked me up with a smile and was very nice and polite when I returned the great car that I had for over a month while my truck was being repaired. Shout out to Kevin who was rocking his job. Thanks I needed that! I will definitely be back!

  The experience with this car rental agency in Harrisonburg has been extremely disappointing. I booked a vehicle for 9:00 a.m. with the purpose of traveling to Texas, but upon arriving at the office I was informed that there was no vehicle available, despite the confirmed reservation. Hours later I received an email indicating that the car would be available until 6:30 p.m. - something completely illogical, since no one in their right mind should be forced to drive all night due to a lack of internal organization. In addition, the treatment by the staff was unprofessional. The agents behaved arrogantly and did not show the minimum level of service, courtesy or sense of responsibility towards the client. At no time did they offer real alternatives or solutions. If they do not have vehicles available, the correct thing would be to communicate it from the beginning, either in the call or at the time of confirming the reservation, not waiting for the customer to physically show up to find out. In conclusion, I believe that this agency lacks organization, customer service and professionalism. I definitely don't recommend it.
