    Had a tight situation late on a Friday, staff was flexible in assisting. The next morning, the attendant was very kind while we were in a rush

    Car was clean and ready for my arrival. The gentleman who checked me in was quick and very professional. I had brought the vehicle back 10 to close and Mike went above and beyond to shuttle me to another destination without question. Thank you Mike and team!

    Not a very friendly office. I was planning to book a reservation for trip. It is only 3 hours from Harrisonburg VA. Corporate agent told me there is plenty of the reservation available in the shop. They want to book it until Monday. My understanding is the can book for certain days and you can return at the same day. Because this happened before. There is one way fee. I said it is alright, and they just change the words said cars are not available. That manager throw some sugar coated words to reject me. I have returned cars to this shop before. Not very happy with their attitude this time.

    Rent vehicles from enterprise 4-5 times a year. Not clear what the issues is at this location, but it’s awful. The management and public facing employees seem intent on pissing off and disappointing customers. Arrived to find a surprisingly long line of disgruntled customers waiting to be served. Seemed like the crew here was screwing up every person’s reservation and kind of complaining to the customers about them not being pleased. Kind of wild to insult and argue with your customers for screwing up. Took an hour to get my car. This was the first and luckily only time I’ll need a rental in Harrisonburg. 0/10 would not recommend this location.
