  The visit was fine, but they said I probably had an oil leak, to go to my mechanic to get it checked. My mechanic laughed, said my car is 20 years old, it's going to burn a lot of oil, checked for leaks, nothing, and charged me 50 bucks, for nothing. Thanks a lot Valvoline, wasted my morning and my money.

  This was a great experience! I drove in at like 6:30 and was out by 6:45, maybe a couple minutes before! The mechanic even took the time to explain what all they were doing and show me the oil dipstick to verify the levels and cleanliness of the oil. It was a totally painless experience and there was a nice discount on that day as well.

  1st one when they opened and the 2 guys that I interacted with were awesome! Friendly and nice. Even had to ask what the weird pump thing is, because I've never seen an place pump my oil out. Lol $10 coupon online! So some savings.

  The service is always top tier and efficient at this location. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help maintain my vehicle and ensure that it keeps running. The thing that puts them over the topis that is obvious that they enjoy what they do.

  I was the first customer of the day at this location. The service manager let me in at 5 minutes after posted opening time for a simple full-synthetic oil change for my 2021 Bronco. I declined all the other services because I needed to get to work. The manager seemed to be doing the work himself as he was the only one there. A couple hours later, I went out to my car and saw a puddle of oil underneath and a rainbow of fluid streaming into my parking spot. I immediately drove back to the shop, which was only 5 miles away. I saw the same service manager and he was a bit dismissive. I was taken in quickly by another very professional and concerned employee, Wes. Wes and team confirmed the filter was cross threaded and not tightened and there was oil all over under the vehicle. Wes was extremely apologetic and took care of my situation, confirming the manager had completed the work the first time. I had heard horror stories like this, but I’d had great service in the past at this location. I understand mistakes happen, but I was completely disappointed that the manager didn’t come apologize himself…never even came by. That’s the real problem here. Had I not paid attention, I could have easily destroyed my engine. Wes gets a 5, the manager gets a zero….thus the rating of 1.
