  The replacement of my windshield turned out exceptionally well. The oil change service sticker & state inspection decal were both removed from the cracked windshield and added to the new windshield without issues!!😊 The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of how long it took to service my vehicle from the time I dropped it off til the time I was contacted to inform me the vehicle was ready for pickup.

  The windshield installment was decent. The guy forgot to put our inspection sticker back on? So now we have to figure that out. He also called us multiple times stating he couldn’t turn the car on (it was push to start) and he couldn’t get the hood open (it was in an accident so it needed a little elbow grease). And then come to find out he didn’t even vacuum up the glass shards all over the car! My 3 year old got in the front seat and cut his finger on a piece before we even noticed it was still there. According to their website and email confirming the appointment, this is something that IS included in the service. So I’d really like to talk to someone about that.

  I was rescheduled 4 times and it took weeks for my windshield to get fixed. I went with Safelite because it is what my insurance recommended. I was on the phone so much trying to figure out why the techs weren’t showing up or why I had to keep being rescheduled. Once it was replaced the tech did a great job. But the amount of times I was rescheduled was ridiculous.

  I scheduled my appointment online. There was nothing available for over a week in store or by mobile. When I did finally get the windshield fixed, I picked up my car, everything looked fine, I go home, parked in my garage, got up to go to work the next day, from the time I turned the car on, I started getting warnings, saying my emergency systems are not working. The more I drove, the more warnings popped up, I called Safelite support, they told me to take my car back as soon as I get off work, I should not be driving it like that, said not to let them try to reschedule me. So I get here, and the little girl behind the window walks out to look at the warnings and says, well you’ll be perfectly fine driving with those warnings, we will have to reschedule you, we have no time or anyone available today. It’s 2:40. They close at 5:00!!!! I told this …. I paid full premium service price out of my own pocket, my car says none of my emergency systems are working I should not be driving. So if something happens between today Friday and next Friday, Safelite is liable. I asked to see the manager, she explained that as long as I drove Caio, I should be fine. They have to wait because the entire glass has to be replaced because they used an aftermarket glass and my car has to have the BMW glass. I said if I booked premium service for a high end car, shouldn’t that have been what was used in the beginning???!!!!!

  I brought my vehicle in for a windshield chip repair that was approximately the size of a dime. The service performed was a resin fill, and I was told this would help prevent the damage from spreading. Immediately after the repair, I noticed a small crack forming next to the original chip—something that was not present prior to the service. Over the course of the following week, that crack has continued to expand significantly. It has now spread across one side of the windshield and is continuing in the opposite direction, effectively turning a minor chip into a full windshield replacement situation. I paid $175 for this repair, and instead of resolving the issue, the condition of my windshield has worsened considerably. While I understand that no repair can guarantee perfect results, the rapid deterioration immediately following the service raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed.
