- MFMyers FamilyApr 3, 20265.0Can't rave enough about this NTB location! My husband and I were in the area for our daughter's wedding and managed to get a screw in the sidewall of our tire. Joy from NTB found the tire we needed and scheduled our appointment for the following day. We stopped by the Hampton NTB after the wedding and the staff confirmed the leak we had and added air to hold us over till our appointment the following day. We arrived early for our appointment fully intending to hang out but our tire arrived early and they got us right in. Our interactions with everyone there were phenomenal. We would definitely recommend Hampton NTB and service team to anyone needing automotive repairs, especially tires. Quick, friendly, and honest service!

When one books an appointment for reason of being offered a certain price honor that price. This makes it harder on those at the shop, but the manager never broke being kind when yelled at from others. I was confused until he explained but felt cheated. Not by the shop but by the company itself. The rating is for the employees ONLY.
