    Terrible customer service If you say your office is supposed to be open at 8 but at 8am no one is there for another 15 minutes, it is very unprofessional

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I am at a complete loss when trying to understand the rental car industry business model. Almost EVERY SINGLE time I try to rent a car there is an issue. I had an SUV scheduled for a 4 day trip. Tried picking it up so I could leave town an hr later and NOTHING! I was told they tried to call me at noon (I tried getting the car at 3pm) at some number that has an area code I've never heard of to let me know they didnt have any cars. Then he told me NO Enterprise withing 50 miles of me had an available car. I was also told that they had 18 reservations this morning and only 3 vehicles to give out. What?!?! Who in their right mind thinks that's ok? Screw these people

    1/10 do not recommend! I reserved a car online, including a pre-payment for same. The next morning I arrived on time with proper documentation and was told with a super laissez-faire attitude that there were no cars available. I asked if they could check with other locations since my reservation was accepted in advance and did include a pre-payment and the rep refused. I did ask if they were owned by another person and was informed that no they were owned by the same person, but they didn’t know what was going on at other locations and they do not call around. Also, NO ONE had attempted to reach out to me that morning prior to my arrival to let me know the situation. I’m giving one star because they did bring me home (which feels generous since it took a full 15 minutes for the rep to find a set of keys) as I had taken a rideshare to pick up a car which apparently never actually existed. I left the experience with no rental car, no refund for the pre-payment and out additional money for the ride share to the enterprise location.
