  Although the circumstances requiring the rental was due to an accident, my experience working with Terrell was nothing short of amazing. I had knee replacement surgery and was in pain and he was so very patient and helpful. He ensured that my rental was not only ready but that the process from the time I arrived to the time i left with my vehicle was efficient. I travel quite a bit but have never been in and out of any rental car company this fast. He is a vauble asset to your establishment. Also kudos to Tannie as well as she helped make my experience a great one when I needed an rental extension. Thankyou for a great experience! Alva

  I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional leadership and customer care provided by Mr. Roy, manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. If you look at my history, I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews. I prefer not to leave one at all rather than harm someone, but I do believe in giving honor where it’s due. Enterprise has been the only company I’ve trusted for car rentals for many, many years, and the same goes for my family. I’ve always spoken highly of them because they consistently take great care of us. Some people may say it’s a little more expensive than other companies, but it is absolutely worth it. The peace of mind and sense of safety they provide are priceless to me. For the first time, I experienced an unfortunate situation. However, what truly made the difference was how Mr. Roy handled it. He personally reached out to me, which speaks volumes about his level of responsibility and commitment. Throughout our conversation, he was attentive, empathetic, and intentional in making sure my concerns were heard and addressed. I want to be clear that I am not writing this review because of any benefit I received from this call, although I deserved resolution due to the situation I experienced. What mattered most to me was the respect and dignity I was shown. I am truly grateful for the genuine care, intentionality, and respect he offered me, especially as someone with an accent. That meant more to me than anything else. He didn’t just resolve the issue, he treated me like part of the Enterprise family, and that alone restored my confidence. That kind of leadership is rare and truly appreciated. Mr. Roy is a joyful, professional, and dedicated manager who clearly cares about his customers. Enterprise is fortunate to have him. This company truly has outstanding leaders and employees. Needless to say... I will absolutely continue using Enterprise and recommending them to others. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Mr. Roy, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you!

  During my time of sadness. I had to have a rental,Ms Carleah Johnson not only picked me up at the door, but she had great words of encouragement. She is an asset to Enrerprise in so many ways. Thank you

  The Mercury and Armisted location has the most professional and friendly staff I've ever worked with of any business. Often they are VERY busy but manage to move all customers along very fast, even when handling calls and upset customers. What I appreciate most is the courtesy calls I receive if my reservation can not be honored because of a shortage of vehicles. The staff often will suggest another locations or will call me back if a car is returned and is available. The manager and the female asst. managers are the best.   This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company it was very unprofessional and issues were completely ignored I was promised a refund and never got it was constantly lied to about the vehicles whereabouts and my belongings I had to cancel to events and lost on a lot of money ….again I dont recommend them too anyone
