  Usually, I go to Mom and pop Tire shops for quick tire plugs this time I came here. I I was impatient because I wasn't used to quality assured work. Their method is to seal the tire from the inside to reduce risk of the tire plug coming out on the highway, which put a big emphasis on safety. As impatient as I was, the brother behind the counter was very stoic. The techs were very informative & efficient. Thank Y'all For great service and Reinforcement of the virtue of patience .

  Extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment to replace my front 2 tires, and left with my car undriveable (literally). They told me I needed a bunch of other things done including a new battery and new front brake pads and upon making those switches my car no longer can reverse at all, cannot go over 60mph, and is extremely jerky each time the car switches gears (my car is a Ford Focus… an automatic). I left feeling completely at a loss for words and they still charged me almost $900 and simply told me they’re “sorry my car decided to give out here” rather than taking any sort of accountability. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

  Went in for a flat that I couldn't find the source of. They helped me diagnose the smallest rim dent/crack that was leaking air from the bead and told me about a few good rim repair places as they don't do machine work there. All free of charge and fast. Thank you to these guys for the help and being there so late!!!

  Woke up to a flat tire the night after getting the tires replaced. Had to get it towed there as the hybrid does not have a spare. Cost me time and money hence the three star review. Customer service was good though.
