They reached out before arrival explained everything to me about the installation and warranty and knocked the job out quickly. When. Got in the car for the first time, the windshield looked immaculate! Very clean and they were able to get the inspection sticker back on and very low like it should be. I will definitely use Safelight again and encourage others to do the same. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and I was able to leave my keys in the drop box and make it to work by 7am. Downside is that they don’t open until 8 and no shuttle service and I had to Uber, but worth it to not miss work:

The techs are incompetent because they don’t know how to correctly calibrate all vehicles, I had to have the new windshield replaced twice because they installed the wrong one. Finally I had to come in the office, so I set an appointment for 1000. I had to ask the receptionist what time will my truck be pulled into the bay, because it was after 1030 and I had an appointment. My experience was horrible.
