    --- “I brought my car in for an electrical issue and was charged $500 just for diagnostics, but they were unable to identify the problem. When I asked for an explanation, I was brushed off without any clear answer. As a customer, I expect transparency and communication, especially when paying that much. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here. They really need to improve their pricing clarity and customer communication.”

    Disappointing Experience and Hidden Fees I visited this mechanic shop for a simple taillight inspection and was initially quoted $25. However, after agreeing to have my brake pads replaced, the final bill skyrocketed to $500. They promised a free diagnosis for my taillights and headlights, but in the end, I received no clear answers. I felt misled and pressured into additional, unexpected services. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop due to the lack of transparency and the unexpected costs.

    Had to bring my car back a second time to get my wheel alignment right but they were very professional and very courteous about it. They also did some minor damage to my vehicle which they paid to repair. I will come back when I need tires.

    Excellent service. It is now my tire shop. After trying to get the front alignment fix in my son's car with no luck, we took it to NTB. Needless to say the front alignment has been fixed. Customer service is excellent!
