AAA couldn’t really help me much, but they were at least able to tow my car over to Jiffy Lube at 3404 West Mercury Blvd in Hampton, VA. That’s where everything turned around. As soon as I got there, Mr. Anthony and Mr. Jason went above and beyond to help me and the person I was with. They didn’t just change a tire — they took care of everything quickly, kindly, and without any hassle. You could tell they truly cared and wanted to make sure we were safe and back on the road. It’s rare these days to meet people who treat you with that kind of professionalism and genuine kindness. Huge thanks to Anthony and Jason — you both made a really stressful situation so much easier. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone in the area!

They didn't install them correctly. Had to drive back and have a supervisor fix the issue. They refuse to refund for the labor that they did not perform correctly. Do not trust them for anything. 354 for labor that they can't explain. The mechanic didn't even inspect after the brake pads were put on.
