This info should have been said at the gate. Spoke to one of the attendants and explained had I known I would have gone to another car wash, he rolled his eyes at me. I'm a consumer, why would I inconvenience myself. With only 6 vacuums working and 10 spots roped off there would be a wait time. When I explained I was not satisfied I was denied a refund despite the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Go to autobell or one of the many detailing businesses in the area. It's not worth the money for these robo-washes, the convenience element doesn't exist anymore. It's just a waste of time and money.

Upon cancellation, your Unlimited Wash Club Membership will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to wash unlimited at all locations up until then. Refunds are not issued after membership cancellation.
What if I change my mind after cancelling my account?
Just pull up to the kiosk at any of our locations and you’ll be prompted to re-activate your account (if your RFID tag is still in place on your windshield). Current packages and pricing at the time of re-activation applies.
What types of vehicles do you wash?
Our vehicle clearance is 7’2”. Our conveyor tracks support a tire width of up to 13.5″, and we cannot accept trucks with dual wheels or vehicles over 85″ wide. For the safety of our customers, team members and wash equipment, we cannot wash vehicles with bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility racks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
