    Rented a car a month in advanced. Confirmed the reservation a few weeks out. Finalized the rental documents the night before. Showed up the day of the rental start and no car. Guy didn't offer any excuses just said tough luck, can't help you. Didn't even offer to cancel the reservation, find a different car, or call around to other enterprises to find one... Just said he can't help. Don't rent from this location.

    This is the worst place. And the white girl behind the counter is rude. They need to shut this place down. They WILL NEVER get my business again. I hope they fire her!

    Customer service is fantastic at this location! When I came to pick up my rental, they made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle they selected for me and even offered another option for me to choose from just in case. When I returned my rental, they even went the extra mile by giving me a ride to the repair shop to pick up my own vehicle.
