  Customer service is fantastic at this location! When I came to pick up my rental, they made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle they selected for me and even offered another option for me to choose from just in case. When I returned my rental, they even went the extra mile by giving me a ride to the repair shop to pick up my own vehicle.

  Can legally buy a car in VA , lived here for longer than 30 days, work at a corporation that gives me keys to multiple millions of dollars of warehouses, but cannot accept a virginia drivers license as proof that I live here, avoid this company like the plague. Donte Butler is a very rude representative and I would avoid this location, if not the company at all cost

  This is the second time dealing with them and its the same mess all over again. If a person books weeks in advance there is NO REASON a vehicle should not be ready when they get there.

  I have made MULTIPLE reservations through this enterprise and every single time without fail I either: A. Not get the car that I needed or B. Not get the car at all All of this is after showing up to pick up the car I had reserved. On one occasion I was told that they had a huge recall on minivans, this time it was because the scheduled my reservation but when I turned up to pick up my vehicle ON TIME they had nothing available. So my question is, why is this a “normal” reoccurring theme. Both of the times mentioned I was trying to go back home to see my family because I am in the military and don’t get to see my family often. It’s very disappointing, frustrating, and emotionally distressing for someone like me. I am supposed to count on the very people telling me to “book in advance so things like this wouldn’t happen,” well what if instead you only show the vehicles you have available and don’t double book. I was also informed that this location had 4 vehicles with 30 reservations so how is that possible. It seems as though they are scamming in a way and ruining what should be a happy occasion and turning it into a traumatic event. Now I won’t be able to go see my family because I’ve been sold a false promise of having a vehicle and I don’t. At a different location 1004 W Mercury Blvd Hampton, Va my reservation was for there but when I showed up they had rented the car out from under me and told me my reservation was for this location in which this review is under. The whole review is to show that Enterprise, as a well known rental car company with big promises in their ads, is not reliable and not well managed. Im booking for convenience, and they’re telling me to go to an airport which is 30 mins to an hour away in any direction. You’ve lost service not just from me but my family and friends.
