  Called for a reservation and they quoted me $277 for 6 days. I got there and filled out the paperwork and as we were going outside they told me there’s a $300 deposit required too even using my own insurance. I’m over the age of 25, and ex-military. I’m getting a rental because I’m broke and about to start college, and unfortunately my car died fully today. I start ECPI tomorrow to become a paramedic. I was hoping to deliver some Uber Eats and make the money back. I could afford $277 but after the hidden fees the total would’ve collapsed my wallet. Do NOT listen to their quotes. They’re gonna withhold telling you about those fees until you’re in person for an awkward exchange.

  Refused to honor a reservation made via Enterprise app weeks prior despite having a confirmation number/email; leaving me stranded. Customer service made zero attempt to assist.

  Customer service was great and helpful towards me when I had to make a last minute reservation due to Avis dropping the ball. I needed a pick up truck and they gave me a GMC 1500 Sierra at a great price for the weekend.

  I been renting from enterprise for 20 years in different states. I love their service. They have great customer service. I even purchased a vehicle with the in 2017 we still have that vehicle never gave us problems its still in hood condition.
