  The team at my local Enterprise is amazing! They are so kind and always go the extra mile for me to ensure I understand everything about the vehicle I am getting. Delroy is always so kind and it’s because of him I only use this location for all of my business and personal rentals!

  Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before walking around the building to see if there were any employees. Went to the back and there was one guy cleaning out cars. We asked if there was anyone who could help us and he said he was the only one here and he had to finish cleaning out a couple cars… we told him we had to get our other car dropped off before the dealership closed and apparently that doesn’t matter. You need to do better about staffing. There is no reason for one employee to be doing everything from handling the renters and getting the vehicles ready to go. Absolute crap.

  If you go here, which I wouldn’t recommend, ask for anyone but Shabrika. They didn’t have the class of car I reserved (no big deal). She downgraded me to a smaller car but refused to adjust the price. Before checking out she asked me if I was totally satisfied, and I said I was not because of the price. She then agreed to adjust the price, but a few seconds later took it back and said I already had the max discount. Before swiping my card she asked if I was totally satisfied now and I said no it’s the same as before. She handed me my card back and said that she wouldn’t rent me the car because she only rents to people who are satisfied and walked away leaving us sitting in the car in the rain in the parking lot. I went back inside and I asked if she was serious and she said yes and that I should be more grateful in the future. I asked for a manager and she refused to provide a managers contact info and told me I could call the 800 number. I noticed a managers card on the counter, Delroy, I emailed him, but got no response. I’ve had decent experiences at other Enterprise locations recently, but needless to say I will never go back to this one. I would have forgotten all about the difference in price but I definitely won’t forget about being treated like a child by a stranger and having my travel plans interrupted.

  I rent from here alot not because I like this location or anything infact it's terrible. I only rent because they are open on Sundays. My truck is a limon and im going through a lawsuit witch is why I always rent. I dont like to leave bad reviews because I know business is hard and people like to complain about everything. With that said I do not even try to call them about anything they do not answer the phone I only call the corporate number now. What set me over the top is how I always ask for the cheapest car they have witch is around 40-60 a day. This week i rented monday-friday i returned it a day early so 4 day plus I had point to get me 2 free days and still paid 215 witch is about 100 less then what I normally pay for 5 days. I have been renting every week for over a month and half straight not to mention the countless times this year because of my truck and I need a vehical to get to work. I cant tell you how many times I had to run around like a chicken with it's head cut off this year because they sold my reservation to someone else. I had one vehical break down and I had to walk home and allthey gave me was a free tank of gas. I spent thousands this year alone you would think they would hook me up or something not that im expecting that but to charge me more because I had collecting enough points for 2 free days and still damn near paid for a whole week. I think ill be going the distance to rent somewhere further away this location is not it! Their walk around inspections are trash. I know I show alot of concern when I do those walk around because they dont help or do it they leave it to you then you drive off and notice alot more issues that you wanna make sure is already reported or they will charge you. When you turn the car in they expect you to just walk out and they dont check it in while youre right there so you know everything was checked in fine so I end up calling the corporate number to report I returned it everytime since they dont wanna send my receipt or print one right then and there. Im sure I should like a big headache to someone that doesnt feel like doing their job because when you deal with company's like this you end up getting screwed over because you trusted someone to do their job
