    It was a great time visiting!! A lot of good ammo which is why we were looking around . As well as guns and fishing supplies! I love fishing so, this place was like heaven to me!! It is the second bass Pro Shop I have been too!!

    Took over 16hours to simply pickup a firearm I purchased online. Drove an hour to the store to pick up the order. Signed in on the kiosk and waited for 9 hours before finally giving up and driving an hour back home. Scheduled to take off work so that I could go back another day. Drove an hour again and showed up 10 minutes before the store opened. There was already 7 people in-front of me waiting. Took another 7 hours to simply be called up to process the paperwork. Hard to believe it took standing inline for almost an entire day just to pick up an item I had already paid for. DO NOT BUY A FIREARM FROM THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

    This is a review of the Gun Counter only: We picked up an order from the Gun counter, and it took them 2 HOURS from when we got there until we were able to leave with our order. That is ridiculous, and we were unable to make our reservations due to their insanely slow to non-existent service. They hid the sign with the code to join the virtual line to be serviced to prevent people from joining the line and getting help. There were at least 3 employees standing around behind the gun counter, not helping anyone the entire time. We were only picking up an order, so we did not require any help looking at the items or deciding what to buy, and we had already paid. This should have been a quick 20 minutes maximum to fill out the paperwork and leave with our order. There was no delay in our approval of our paperwork electronicly. In fact, it came back approved instantly. 2 HOURS to PICKUP an order is RIDICULOUS. We are very upset with this experience.
