Went with a friend so she could buy a new battery for her car. Went back to her house and put the battery in. Car started right up, and she is happy. Thank you, Auto Zone.

Today, I went to Food Lion to buy a few things and when I got back in my car, it wouldn't start. I walked to Auto Zone and Henry gladly walked back with me to my car to check my battery. He gave me a charge at no cost and told me to drive around for about 20 minutes to see if that would help recharge the battery. Henry was very polite and very accommodating, and I just want to let Auto Zone know what a great employee he is. He made me want to make all my auto part purchases at Auto Zone in the future. Kudos to Henry.

I ordered from this store using the AutoZone website. I ordered it early afternoon with an order of $139.41. I chose same day delivery. At 8:12 in the evening I get a phone call from the delivery driver who is at the store and he is telling me that one of the parts are not in stock and asked if I wanted the rest of this stuff delivered anyway. I told him I did because I really needed the main part that was there. I heard store person talking in the background. Hour later no delivery I click on the link in my email and shows the order was canceled then 20 minutes later I get a phone call from an Uber driver it is a different person who I spoke with picking up the parts the first time. This person is in the complex driving around looking for my apartment number I assumed it was my stuff and he came to my apartment door to deliver it to me. Low and behold it was not even what I ordered It was a part that I ordered for a pickup 3 days prior and had already picked up and put into my car. I refuse the delivery and told him that was not my order and show him my confirmation email with the actual items I ordered that cost way more than that part. He was trying to give me a $50 order when I had just placed a $139.41 order. He said he would call Uber and tell them the problem that it was the wrong order. I ordered from the AutoZone work website so I had nothing to do with Uber and did not even know that it was being delivered by Uber. I called the store this store at two AutoZone way. This guy at the store tells me that three people came to pick up an order for me the same order and he remembered the first guy being on the phone talking to me while picking up the order. He tells me that he gave this man my order and he signed up for it and everything. Then he tells me that two more people came in after him a woman and then another man. I explained to him that some man tried to deliver a completely different order to me. He said he don't know why it was different people coming in so he was just giving them orders that showed up . I tell him I did not get the stuff I ordered and I want a refund. He tells me that he will have to speak with his manager. Then he gets back on the phone and tells me that he doesn't know what I'm supposed to do but i can't get a refund because they don't even do deliveries to people they only deliver to commercial businesses so whoever came to pick up the order was from me and not from AutoZone. Then he says how was he on the phone with you? How did he know you? what app did you use if you didn't know him because it wasn't autozone? He kept insinuating that I had something to do with the man coming to pick up the order or I used an app to order. I kept explaining to him I used AutoZone website and chose same day delivery. I kept trying to tell him I have my email confirmations from AutoZone and I have a screenshot of the email and if you click on the tracking information in the email it shows that the order was canceled. I was not even able to speak with a manager or anything. he kept making it seem like a me issue and that the problem was mine to deal with and there was no way for me to get my money back.
After hanging up with him I called the AutoZone customer service line and explain the situation. They told me that after order is placed online for same-day delivery that they issue it out to a third party Uber , DoorDash, etc. to deliver to customers. He said the order showed NOT delivered and then they sent me a email to respond to in order to get a refund.
My thing is how are you working at AutoZone and you don't even know that AutoZone does same day delivery and uses third party such as Uber or DoorDash to deliver the items. Then how you handing out orders to three different people for one customer and don't realize something is fishy or weird about it. Then why are you blaming the customer. And why are you giving orders that was pick up and picked up days prior and don't match with the current order? AutoZone please educate your employees on the services you offer to get orders.
