I ask for a battery test and she just grabs the machine and proceeds to walk out the door… okay… I follow her to point the car out. She is was not Able to open the hood of the car, so I’m thinking she’ll grab one of the other guys. I see a guy in a grey shirt thinking he would step in… nope.. So at this point I’m like thank you I’ll just go to another different spot… Be careful who you allow to replace your battery here: I would think you would know how to pop the hood if you’re going to replace a battery. Greeting customers and informing them of what you’re about to do is the bare minimum.
