  Had a good discussion about tires - which manufacturer/tire was right for my car and driving habits - whether Pirelli, Continental, or Goodyear, etc.

  dropped off tire for a patch. charged 49.00 for repair. i should of asked for estimate prior to authorizing repair. live and learn.

  Unfortunately there were issues getting new tires. Setup an appointment days in advance for new tires. I showed up and they didn't have the tires. No call or anything before I arrived for the appointment. Next day I get another appointment which wasn't a big deal. I got 4 new tires damaged rims and leftover adhesive from previous weights on the interior of the wheels. Recommended TPMS sensors were replaced on the driver side. New valve stems are included with 4 new tires, but only 2 of them were replaced on the driver side. Also discarded my factory valve stem covers on the driver side.

  The service guys were very friendly and helpful. The really made sure I understood what was needed to help my car perform better and what definitely needed for my car.

  My daughter & husband took her car in on January 4, 2026. There were several things we had done to include the rear driver side wheel hub & bearings. This morning she had a separate issue related to the thermostat. That was fine. Then they called saying her heat & a/c weren't working so we would need to pay for another diagnostic test ($130). We agreed, it turned out to be the blower motor. That was fine, fix it. Then the mechanic tells our daughter the driver side rear hub & bearings need to be replaced. The very thing they did a month ago. Now, I think they are running a scam on her. We have used this place for years. When we get her car back this afternoon, we will not be returning. I'm open to suggestions for an honest mechanic that wants a loyal customer with 4 cars.
