    I went on Friday and asked how long would I have to wait for a tire rotation. I was told 2 hours. I asked when would be a good time to come back when I didn't have to wait that long. I was told to make an appointment. I made the appointment for Saturday at 11:00. I still had to wait for 2 hours for a simple tire rotation. I will not be going back to this location.

    The customer service is outstanding! Very easy to do business with. Had a bad tire issue pop up late on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. On Black Friday Tire Choice worked me into their full scheduled day and made the repair with suggestions and advice for future issues. Very happy!

    The service writer and technician did a fine job. However the experience was not good. I scheduled an appoint for the day of my tire installation at 2:30. I went in and what I can assume was district manager was having an inspection. After waiting for them to finish at the counter he checked me in and got my car on the lift about 30 minutes later. I was in the waiting area as I had no ride to go anywhere. Two and a half hours later my truck is still sitting on the lift with no tires. I inquired to what was going on and the service writer told me my tire and wheel were stuck in the machine. I inquired about the other tire machine and was told it was broken as well. well after 4.5 hours later I was able to get my truck back. The manager was suppose to call me back with a negotiated discount for all the inconvenience. I have not received a call back and they charged my card for the full amount. With one service writer and one technician two broken tire machines these employees were set up for failure. Manager was very apologetic but the overall experience was not good on that day.
