They had one car in the bay which was half way done with its service it seemed, both service techs made eye contact with me as I waited. At 6:33 when the serviced car left the technician approached my vehicle and informed me they would not be servicing my vehicle because the close at 6:30…. Which I then stated that I was sure they were closing at 7 per the door and the web site’s information which he then reluctantly confirmed but said they do not take anyone after 6:30. They were inflexible in their position and were very snide in there responses when I asked to speak to management . If the service is a 10 min service and I had waited over 20 min they most certainly should have had ample time to complete my service as well instead they chose to waste both of our time and lost a loyal client of over 3 years. If they truly do not take clients after 6:30 they could have politely notified me they were unable to assist me when I arrived and I would not have wasted 45 min of my day and the gas to make the trip there. I suspect the car in the bay was not truly being worked on the full time as they were trying to stall to get out of doing another guest. Owners take note …… your service techs lack of both courtesy and work ethic cost you both today and in the future. Per your 10 min advertisement you should have been able to service my vehicle and three others in that time period. I am happy tho I was able to meet the new technicians at the Valvoline oil change place across from Walmart and they were both polite and timely and $3 cheaper.

She explained why she could not do a top off, but then I simply ask her to check the oil on my dipstick and she refused… I even offered to pull the dipstick out myself and just have her see the oil level. She refused. The bottom line is she didn’t want to help a black woman with three kids in the backseat. She refused to help at all!!!!!!!!!!! DONT NOT EVER GO HEAR !!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EMPATHY. REFUSED SERVICE
