I scheduled an appointment at 8 am to have a tire replaced and a front end alignment done, I arrived at 7:30 am to ensure I was on time. At 9:30 am I was informed and hours later that I would need 4 new tires I was aware that all 4 needed to be replaced but wanted to shop around a little and needed the 1 tire and front end alignment immediately. They also informed me they would not could not fold an alignment unless I replaced all 4 tires (this is not correct) I told them to just replace the 1 tire them and I would come back for the rest of the work I was on a tight schedule. At around 9:45 the tire was replaced and I was on my way only to have my low air light come on. Drove to Wawa checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires 3 we’re at 34psi the one they replaced was at 40psi they over inflated the tire they replaced and failed to reset the TPMS system which needs to be done whenever tires are rotated or replaced these are things I would expect a tire shop to know! This was an absolute waste of my time this morning and just a ploy for them to sell me 4 new tires will NEVER use them again!!!

All my tires were changed and oil change done in about 1.5 hours, which is impressive compared to other shops. Front desk ladies were very nice. Prices reasonable. I am new to Gloucester and this will be my go-to spot for car maintenance. I just wish they did state inspections. Thank you NTB for the kind and prompt service!

My Chrysler Prowler is kind of unique with all the aluminum and custom features designed and built right into it. These ladies got under the car and painstakingly researched how to jack it up without doing damage to all the soft undersides. They even enlisted me to research some of it on Chat GPT. They listened. They were careful. They did an excellent job. These fat 295 Continentals on the rear are unbelievable. I love them. The 17s Continentals on the front are equally as impressive. I couldn't be happier. I couldn't recommend a tire business more!
