But I was in desperate need of transportation after my car was totalled in a car accident. The Gloucester VA Enterprise was the only car rental business I could get to in my area. I am so glad I went to them. Melissa, aka Mel, and Sean are amazing!!!! They have made this extremely difficult time effortless and stressless. I have been dealing with the Gloucester Enterprise for a little over a month now while trying to maneuver the hassle of gap insurance. I am so thankful for their professionalism, friendliness, and customer service. Please let them know that their wonderful customer service has been acknowledged and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

My only problem at that location is the inventory of vehicles they have available whenever I go there. I wanted a full size car but had to settle for a compact car. Wasn’t anything I was upset enough to go elsewhere over, but was a little disappointing.
