  We were traveling out of Indianapolis to King's Dominion. After driving 10 straight hours we fell asleep at the rest stop, and woke up with a flat tire. Every single shop in the area was closed on Sunday, except for NTB. Not only did Quan fix the issue, he did it with such speed and professionalism it didn't affect our travel plans at all. By the time we'd finished eating breakfast the job was done and we were back on the road. Huge thanks to Quan for helping us out in a pinch!

  Stopped by today for a state inspection today as walk in and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Korey and Quan, were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. The inspection was completed quickly, and their maintenance recommendations were explained to me clearly and without any pressure to get extra work done. I'll be returning to this location in the future

  Came here to get a tire checked, turned out 1 was bad and 2 were so/so. They didn't have the tire size I use in stock but they did have the stock tire size. Unfortunately you can't mix and match when it comes to sizes so I had to buy 4 tires. Didn't really have the funds for it but the main man Chris really looked out for me and hooked me up with a discount that put me right in my price range. Wasn't anything major but it helped this family man still afford groceries for the week. If your having tire or brake problems give them a call or a visit, all staff members were highly professional and respectful. I will refer them anytime someone asks where to go for tires

  We got a flat on our Chevy Traverse about an hour into a 5 hour road trip. We called several other tire locations...all closed, or unable to see us until Monday (not an option for us). Luckily, we found this location. Korey was amazing. He thoroughly explained our options, gave us what ended up being a spot on expected timeline for job completion, and provided some recommendations on where we could grab lunch nearby while we waited. Korey and the team saved the day for our family!

  No one wants additional stress when dealing with car repairs, especially when you aren’t an expert on what’s under the hood. That is exactly where people like Korey come in. With a calming voice of assurance and a sharp attention to detail, he explains everything clearly and ensures the situation is resolved without the "extra fluff" some shops try to add. ​I first visited on March 6, 2026, and had multiple issues resolved for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward to today: I walked in and Korey immediately remembered me and my car’s history. The customer service was just as high-quality as the first time. I also want to mention that Chris was equally helpful during both of my visits. Together, they truly elevate the quality of this location. If you’re in a bind, I can vouch that this is a shop you can trust.
