Dropped my car off just before closing last night for the state inspection. The gentleman at the windows tells me that'll be just fine they'll get it done the next day and they've got 4 other cars in front me. They then wait until 4:30 today to call and "Make sure its okay to do it on Friday" when I asked why it hadn't been done today they just said the got tied up with the other cars in front of me. At no point did they acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience. I wish that they had called me earlier in the day when I might have had a chance to get this done, or better yet have told me yesterday that they wouldn't be able to do it so I could have at least had the option to try and get it done today. Last time we used them they were unclear on the price of the diagnostic with the repair, meaning he didn't know exactly how much we were paying until after the repairs had already been done and it was $200 more than we were expecting. Overall very poor communication skills.

Shawn checked the tire pressure due to the change in temperature which caused the notification on the dashboard. He was very friendly and took care of it very quickly. I appreciate his excellent customer service!

I went up there to get a tire replaced and I did not ask for an alignment and instead they gave me a 3-year alignment warranty which I did not ask for which was $209 extra. When it was come down to payment my payment on my end went through but on their end it showed it didn't go through they decided to take care of three other customers will I waited there trying to pay for my car. I spoke to the store manager he made it right by giving me a free hazard warranty on one of my extra tires because there was miscommunication The person that ordered the alignment that I did not consent to was in training and did not relay the information back that I did not need the alignment so therefore they gave me an extra free hazard warranty and one of my tires I greatly appreciate their service.

I really should have read the reviews before taking my car over to these bloodsuckers.
Please do not ever ever ever go to these people for your repairs/service. I took my car and they quoted 35$ for headlight aim adjustment. Then I took my car to the dealer because of my concern and they said the headlight aim adjustment is a 1 minute thing that does not require any experience. They will be finding ways to rip off in one way or the other. I would probably get a second opinion somewhere else before giving my car. I would probably donate to charity rather than giving money to thse dishonest blood suckers.
