  Arrived at 9:40am, appt was at 10am, took them 3.5 hours to change 2 rear tires that were schedule days prior. Not really sure what the point of a scheduled appt is at this point. Staff was nice but performance was lacking heavily

  I have been a Goodyear customer for about 35 years now and will continue too be. The service and friendly staff are why I come to the Virginia Center Commons location in Glen Allen Va. Gary the manager has helped me several times over the past and I think he’s an asset to the Goodyear company. He and the entire staff that I’ve dealt with over the years have served me well and very professionally. I have told others about this location and Gary’s professionalism. I will be back for my next service and Lord willing, for the rest of my life. Thank you for the great company professionalism and staff. This staff is excellent. Chris Robens

  Gary Williams, the manager at the Glen Allen store location was great to work with. We were there for an oil change and he got us in that day.

  I appreciate the exceptional service from Gary Williams at Goodyear on Brook Road in Glen Allen, Virginia. He provided excellent guidance in recommending replacements for damaged tires, and advised me on which tires to replace. The bottom line price was very reasonable, And he went the extra mile to have me back on the road in good time.
