  Jayson was exceptional. My tire pressure light has been on, and he had the tech check all 4, and made sure I was good to go. This gives me such peace of mind while on the road. Thank You!

  Had a great experience here thanks to Jason. I was dealing with an issue on a rental vehicle and he helped me out a lot, took care of everything super quickly, and made the whole situation way easier than I expected. He was very considerate and accommodating throughout the process. If you’re looking for a place that actually takes care of you, I’d highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

  Ivey was extraordinarily insightful and mechanically-knowledgeable about critical automobile systems! Further, she genuinely listens closely to customer-articulated issues. In sum. the management of NTB/Mavis should count themselves very, very fortunate to be represented by such a savvy mechanical and business systems manager. Critical company representatives like Ivey are 'few & far between.'

  Very misleading and frustrating experience at NTB Short Pump. I came in on a spare and shared my need for a new tire for my 2017 Honda Accord. I was shown multiple tire options but was explicitly told only one was in stock. After I questioned this more than once, the employee changed his answer and admitted that all of the tires were actually available. The conversation around availability was unclear and felt misleading. When the price was given, the employee said I didn’t look pleased. I explained it wasn’t what I wanted to spend, and he then asked what price would make me feel better and offered a discount, which made pricing feel negotiable rather than transparent. Throughout the visit, the employee repeatedly spoke to my boyfriend instead of me, even though it was my car and I was clearly making the decisions. It felt very unprofessional and honestly I did not enjoy the feeling of being dismissed. I waited over two hours, with only one customer ahead of me. After that wait, I was told a lug nut was stripped during service and had to be brought in from another store, causing further delay. I was told I would not be charged for the lug nut, but my receipt shows that I was charged anyway. About 15 minutes after leaving, my TPMS light came on, suggesting the service was not completed properly. I also looked online later and see a cheaper compatible tire shows in stock that was not offered to me. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, misleading, slow, and overpriced with undelivered service. I would not recommend this location. I wish I had gone elsewhere but unfortunately I didn’t have the ability to do so.
