  We are so lucky to have found Jason at NTB Short Pump! We had a car repair needed right before inclement weather and Jason got us in an out with our repair done before the storm. Thank you Jason we will be using your shop moving forward!

  I recently visited NTB, Short Pump location, to have my oil change and tires rotated. The associate that helped me was Jayson and claimed he was the manager of this location. I asked him if he had time to change oil and rotate the tires on my vehicle. He informed me that he could, but was very disrespectful and acted as if it was an inconvenience for him. During my 2 hour wait, I noticed they seemed to have taken my whole vehicle apart. After asking about this, I was informed they did some sort of courtesy inspection. I wasn’t aware of any this nor did I authorize. He continued to explain that I needed over 1K worth of additional services. He went on to tell me everything that was needed, but it was obvious automotive knowledge was extremely subpar. I do not plan to visit in the future and would hope the company would doing a better job vetting their employees if he was in fact a manager

  Jayson at NTB Short Pump is fantastic to deal with! He is very attentive to customers and exceeded my expectations in every possible way after I recently had a flat tire at the worst possible time. I can’t thank Jayson enough for going above and beyond to help me out!!!

  Best auto customer service I've had in the entire Richmond area. These guys were patient while explaining details I needed and friendly people. Everything from my initial brake check until they finished fixing my truck was fast. I will be going here for anything I need from now on. Thanks guys!

  I stopped by NTB for a tire quote and found the pricing to be competitive and in line with market expectations. However, the in store experience felt very lean from a staffing standpoint. The advisor appeared to be managing multiple responsibilities at once, and while I understand the need for efficiency, the overall environment felt rushed, clunky and stretched. Because of that, I didn’t feel fully confident that my vehicle would receive the level of attention to detail one should expect. I want to be certain everything is installed correctly and that nothing is overlooked or left loose. Even if that wouldn’t be the case, the visible workload pressures made it harder to feel comfortable moving forward. I ultimately decided to pursue other options instead of choosing option #2
