    I don't understand how such a large company can make so many mistakes. They changed the oil in my perfectly functioning Volkswagen Touareg. Shortly after the oil change, the engine seized while driving. I had the car towed to a service center and they told me it was due to the engine oil and that the engine was irreparable due to the use of the wrong, faulty, or unsuitable oil. I explained the situation to this company and they said they would inspect the vehicle. The employees who went to inspect the car took the keys from the service center, did the inspection, but didn't lock the car, and a thief broke in and stole about $500 worth of goods. They asked for a service report confirming the oil-related damage, which I provided, and 20 days later they said they would not accept any financial responsibility. This branch changed the oil in my daughter's Chevrolet Cruze about 2 months ago, and because they didn't properly tighten the oil cap, the cap fell off on the road and the entire engine was covered in oil. Luckily, we were nearby, so we drove back, had the entire engine cleaned, and got a new oil cap. Now, considering all of this, I don't think this was just bad luck; This is entirely due to people's carelessness. I waited 20 days hoping my car would be repaired, and they stalled me for 20 days; during that time, I had to pay my car installments and insurance, and the stress I experienced negatively affected my health. I am currently paying installments and insurance for a car I cannot use. Don't be fooled by discount coupons left in your mailbox; We have suffered a lot, and we don't want you to suffer the same. Furthermore, I will pursue all legal avenues to defend my rights.

    Your employees/technicians brightened my day. Very courteous and knowledgeable about what oil I needed for my particular car. And they vacuumed my car ♥️🙏🏾

    I was the first person in line at 10am, was told it could take up to 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I went out and asked if there was an issue and they replied back acting like this was totally normal and asked why I thought there was an issue. They then told it could be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went out again and they were rude to me in response as if I was being unreasonable. I said I have been here over an hour and need to leave asap. Hour and a half total for an oil change. No one was apologetic, just seemed like their normal working time to them. Do not go to this location there is a Midas across the street

    came for slow tire leak, was immediately greeted by a friendly employee named John who directed us to the bay before I even had to get out of the car. Another employee checked the tire over, and while he couldn't find where the leak was coming from, he did everything he could, offered solutions and gave advice. he seemed very genuine. I would come back here for other services
