  Shawn checked the tire pressure due to the change in temperature which caused the notification on the dashboard. He was very friendly and took care of it very quickly. I appreciate his excellent customer service!

  I went up there to get a tire replaced and I did not ask for an alignment and instead they gave me a 3-year alignment warranty which I did not ask for which was $209 extra. When it was come down to payment my payment on my end went through but on their end it showed it didn't go through they decided to take care of three other customers will I waited there trying to pay for my car. I spoke to the store manager he made it right by giving me a free hazard warranty on one of my extra tires because there was miscommunication The person that ordered the alignment that I did not consent to was in training and did not relay the information back that I did not need the alignment so therefore they gave me an extra free hazard warranty and one of my tires I greatly appreciate their service.

  I cannot say enough good things about this Good Year location. Jimmy and Jake keep the place running efficiently and are extremely customer oriented. Workmanship is spot on and there is no attempt to “upsell”. I highly recommend this Good Year facility, its management, and its technicians.

  Very courteous and friendly as I have never ever filled air in my tires and I was heading to work one tire show low pressure tire and they not only filled air to that tire also teach me how it is done for future reference. Absolutely professional and awesome. I offered to pay but hey said no to it really thank you 🙏🙏

  After my initial visit I really thought I had found a trusted garage. My most recent experience will have me looking for a new shop. I was told on the phone I could not schedule a state inspection, oil change, and warranty required tire maintenance because they do not schedule appointments for state inspection and to justarrive at the shop and get in linefor inspection and requested services. After taking a day off of work due to the inability to schedule, I dropped my car off for a state inspection, oil change, and warranty required tire maintenance at 8:30am, a few hours later I received a call that due to unexpected circumstances my vehicle was not likely to be serviced that day. Understanding the situation I arranged with the gentleman at the front desk I would return the following morning, on a weekend, for the garage to complete the work. I drop off my vehicle Saturday morning at 8:05am, I get the call it's ready for pick up a few hours later. Upon picking up my vehicle only the inspection was done and no other services performed. They are a busy shop and seem honest when discussing your vehicle, but could benefit from an organized or dedicated receptionist. Two visits, one wasted day of PTO, and I still have maintenance required on my vehicle is not my idea of quality service.
