The labor was nearly $100 for something it takes like 10 minutes to do. Yeah I'm familiar with how these rates are derived, but it's still crooked. Even the book rate is exorbitant at nearly 200 dollars an hour. Their response is totally plastic and corporate. They don't care. I'm done with this place. They've gotten the last business out of me that they're ever going to get. Cannot recommend them unless you have no other options.

Somehow they damaged my lugnut and studs on my tire and then would proceed to tell me the price would be 70+ Dollars to change it plus an hour of wait time. This is unacceptable and I will not be taking my car back to this location and I would implore anyone to be skeptical of taking you vehicle there as well.

I was called immediately and sent photos of the brakes. The folks at Gainesville Mr. tire were very helpful in getting the brakes repaired and the car back on the road that day. While the car was in the shop. They did a full oil change service on the car as well. I was elated that they were able to take care of all this at one time in the same day. The folks that Gainesville Mr. tire were really professional, knowledgeable, and Kind! I definitely will be scheduling my other vehicles with this branch in Gainesville, Virginia
