  I cannot express enough, the high level of customer service and skill of the Mechanics and staff at this location. Kenny Guided me through the process of my state inspection as well as items that needed to be fixed. Pictures were provided and a breakdown of the various items and their costs were communicated simply and understandably. Kenny, also helped me to prioritize the items needing service. I will definitely return for future car service needs. Thank you, Kenny and team! You are doing great work for your customers and we appreciate you!

  I had a great experience with this shop helping me in a pinch on a Sunday. My engine splash shield came loose on the highway and was hanging on by one screw. They removed the shield for me and Miguel didn’t charge me. They all couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to help and especially appreciate Miguel’s customer service and guidance on this matter.

  Second time I came to do oil change with them. 1st. The guys at the front desk gives a bad customer service experience. Always with low energy. 2nd - they lie telling customers they did tire rotation and they don’t do it. I am not coming back to this place don’t recommend.

  Waste of time. Appointment submitted, two days later no confirmation of appointment and no price. I called, and was told they will order my tires, still no pricing. I show for appointment and guy quotes me 850 for two tires…. 300 more than VA tire. Waste of time. They don’t price match.

  had such a great experience with Happy during my emissions and inspection. He was very soft-spoken, professional, and incredibly kind from start to finish. He noticed there was an issue with my air filter and fixed it right away, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how he explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on. Happy was amazing, this is exactly what great customer service looks like. It truly goes a long way, and I’m so thankful for the care and professionalism he showed!
