    If I could provide a *no star, I would. When a customer presents with a complaint about the quality of experience, the response should not be frowns, attitude and excuses, especially since I was not asking for refunds or discounts. I was expressing disappointment in the vehicle I rented, which seemed in disrepair, not just loud. The engine seemed shrill, various check engine lights kept flashing throughout my 24 hours and I was afraid it would break down. Devann did not hear me nor listen, she argued. She was short and bordered on disrespectful. The car did not even have an updated charge port and unlike what she said when I rented the car, I had no GPS access, even when I connected via Bluetooth and I had no warning that this car was not fit to charge my device, a newer model phone. I had a family medical emergency to attend to that had not a moment to spare to hunt for a retrofit charger/port. Devann's attitude and affect was very "get out." I might not know your fleet but that doesn't mean that I deserve the poorest experience from the rental to your (her) customer service. Had she told me in the first place, I WOULD HAVE UPGRADED! Her demeaner is inappropriate. What you provide is as important as how you provide it, in fact *how you provide it, how you cause customers to feel is in fact, far more important. In this case, it would have made a world of difference. I promise you. This is entirely unacceptable. UPDATE: I DID TRY TO CONTACT ENTERPRISE, AS DIRECTED, THE NEXT DAY. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED, DAYS LATER. RIDICULOUS!

    worst ever service besides returning my money for the car service. Asked for a specific vehicle, and you don’t get it. My mom called, initially, and told them she wanted a standard suv. they provide a Rav 4. I physically went up to the office, and called 1-2 times afterward to confirm our vehicle. The staff has no clue. Shockingly, not so much, they didn’t provide the car I requested. let me add this was Gainesville, Va. Thanks Heather for your generic response. It’s like a job application. Ask Kristen, your Gainesville, VA manager , who won’t return my calls or her staff who keeps hanging up. You contact me

    Kristin, and her team went above and beyond this holiday season to try and accommodate the rental for my family and I. Unfortunately there were so many recalls and limited selection on vehicles and she tried her best, a car selection didn’t end up working out but she did offer me and my baby a ride back to my car. Her effort and time were greatly appreciated .

    There was a hiccup with the type of vehicle for our daughter’s 13th birthday dinner, but it was resolved in the utmost profession. Staff was super friendly and helpful, to the point they worked with the Manassas branch and both branches stayed later to help us. We are so appreciative and grateful for the great customer service.
