  terrible communication and rude staff they’ll hang up on you out of the blue, should’ve went with Hertz.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. Their communication was awful from start to finish. I was repeatedly told a specific car would be available, only to show up and find out that was never true. No call, no warning. The lack of transparency and follow-through made an already stressful situation even worse. I expected much better from a company this big. Would not recommend if you value basic communication. You’d think renting a car would be the solution however it turns into another problem.

  The staff here is what separates this place from the rest. I rent here about twice a month for work and they take care of me every time. Even with the last snow storm, they put me in a safe vehicle. The female manager there deserves a raise. She is always so professional and so helpful. A new female staff member helped me during my last visit. She was new and learning but was helpful and kind. She reached out to the manager for questions she couldn’t answer and got me into the car quickly.
