- AHAdam HallNov 3, 20251.0I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased an ATV with a platinum warranty. I turned it in for repair when there was a normal wear and tear issue. They kept the ATV for six months (not an exaggeration), charged me $600, and DID NOT CONDUCT THE REPAIR! I wrote a message to corporate and Ryan the manager for this store called back asking me to drop off the ATV again for repair. When I pointed out that he’s already had the ATV for six months, so I did not have confidence that they would fix it, Ryan responded with “well, we covered part of the fee for the initial repair” as if I should be appreciative for only charging me $600 for a repair that they never completed with a warranty that was never honored. But yes, thank you Ryan. Unbelievable.

They saved everyone time and recommended some replacement reels that are of equal quality (supposedly). We needed something more durable for younger fishermen and they walked us through the entire process. As a plus, we’ll never take lake/pond poles to the beach again! Appreciated those guys!
