Then I came to the Hillwood Dr. Gainesville location and a gentleman named Dale was super friendly and knowledgable. He basically educated me on how batteries are maintained and removed old battery and installed the new one while maintaining professionalism. I appreciated Dale’s expertise in Auto parts customer service and would highly recommend the Gainesville location.
