  Josh was amazing, handled everything solo during icy, snowy conditions with a great attitude. Super helpful and professional. Our family loved the vehicle. Outstanding service all around.

  I rarely write reviews but was so impressed by the service here that I felt obliged. Front Royal Enterprise provided the best experience I've ever received with a rental car company (though the bar is admittedly low). On Sunday night, I made a reservation for Monday morning at 7:30 am (when they opened) for a full size luxury SUV. At 7:29 on Monday (yes, before they even officially opened), Will the manager called me to let me know what cars were available. (It wasn't technically "luxury", but a 7-seat Chevy Tahoe got the job done). And that they had several check-ins scheduled for my time so I could come but may need to wait in line for a bit. This is exceptional communication and respectful of my time, which I really appreciate. When I arrived a bit later, the place was humming with employees. I had no wait. Josh immediately showed me to the car and efficiently checked me in. He was very personable and made conversation (but not too much as I was in a hurry). After he went back inside, I got out of the car and approached the building, wanting to ask his name for this review. Before I even got halfway across the parking lot, he exited the door to ask what I needed. Honestly, if I were an employer in Front Royal, I would try to poach these guys from Enterprise. It was that good!
