  Had to wait awhile before I was served but the service was great! They allowed me to have a discount which helped a lot along with the coupon. There was a guy whose name start with an A who was really nice and knows what he was talking about!

  Went in for an oil change, Paul and Aaron were extremely helpful. Paul went out of his way to show me the status of my air filter, which was a pretty tedious task considering it was behind my glove department with 8 different screws holding it. Aaron also noticed my oil cooler needed to be changed because of some wear and tear. I appreciate how honest Aaron was about not needing to be an immediate fix because of the state of my cooler, but still brought it to my attention and even gave me solutions on having it taken care of.

  I've been a loyal customer at the patriot hwy location since it opened . The crew at this location are professional and helpful. I was happy to meet the new manager on board at my visit today Aaron is a great asset valvoline and his profession Aaron's positive and do attitude will do great things for this location maintaining and bringing in new customers keep up the good work thank you .

  I’ve been coming to Valvoline for quite some time now, I’d say for a couple years. Everytime I come it’s nothing but amazing! Everyone is extremely professional, helpful & knowledgeable. Josh & Avery are so kind! They take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle & do everything they can to make things right and go above and beyond for their customers! 10-10 I recommend! Thank you all for all you do! Bless you guys🙏🏽❤️

  I was really impressed with the exceptional customer service I received at Valvoline. I don’t normally complete surveys because of lack of time, but I made the time to let others know about the two employees of this company that made my oil change simple, the needs of my vehicle were met by knowledgeable employees, and I left feeling valued. I received a personalized approach making me feel like the only customer in line, although I was not. Their positive attitudes reflected their motivation to satisfy their customers. They did just that! Thank you Mark and Aaron for creating a welcoming work environment because great leadership begins at the top and trickles down to those you manage.
