Always bring my car here and previously have been very content with the service. Today I made a 9 am appt. Was quoted about 1.5 hours time to complete work. Called 4 times and never received response to see if it’s ready. Came in to pick my car up at 1:49 pm. Was told it was in the air being serviced for oil change. Gentlemen at desk called to see how much longer. We both then watch the tech pulling my car out the parking lot to start the oil change. Was told it had been busy and priority to those waiting at the dealership. But I set an appt bc I don’t have the convenience to just sit and wait for my vehicle. And I had assumed almost 5 hours is enough for a simple oil change. Don’t see what’s the point of an oil change appt if it’ll be done whenever they have time.

I took my 2012 Prius there about a month ago because I sold my second car and figured it'd be responsible to see what kind of maintenance my Prius could use to keep it running since it's getting up there in mileage. I honestly had been concerned about some rough starts/knocking (which I knew could be the head gasket), and the brakes had been making funny sounds for awhile. Long story short, I'm told the head gasket is fine and the brake line could use a flushing, but otherwise she's great! I do some recommended work like replace sparkplugs, clean the egr, and some pcv valves for around $1500. It's a lot, but I figured it's worth it to keep her going. Some bad weather patches came, so I probably drove the car around town 5-7 times (totaling less than 50 miles). Barely a month later, the brake system fails. I take the car in and am told VIA TEXT (because no one will answer the phone) that the actuator is completely bad AND the headgasket/timing chain are hemorrhaging oil and need replacement. For $8900. On a 2012 Prius. When I had it seen by them ONE MONTH prior. Seems like either I was lied to about the checks, or I was purposefully misinformed. Either way, it's absolutely wild that no one took accountability or even acknowledged how absurd of an amount that was.
I had it towed somewhere else, where it is being taken care of for $4100 max. TLDR; don't go to this service center. I promise somewhere else will take great care of you AND your Toyota. The sales reps here are phenomenal, but that energy stops once you enter the service department. The Hybrid Doctor in downtown is solid and so is Rose's Auto. Save yourself.

First time here for service. Absolute trash. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if it takes 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Lack luster. Go out of your way to avoid the headache.

Went in to get a reprogram service done, was told that they don’t do work for people like me and said we are the type of people to bring law suits and don’t pay. When I told them I would be more then happy to pre pay they refused me. It’s a shame I spend so much money for parts there do so much business and they want to treat me like that. Racially profiled me 1000%
I made a appointment at 10 am for general maintenance needed, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and it's been 31/2 hours and still waiting. Never have I ever experienced this at any other car service place. C"mon get it together Sheehy.
