  Always bring my car here and previously have been very content with the service. Today I made a 9 am appt. Was quoted about 1.5 hours time to complete work. Called 4 times and never received response to see if it’s ready. Came in to pick my car up at 1:49 pm. Was told it was in the air being serviced for oil change. Gentlemen at desk called to see how much longer. We both then watch the tech pulling my car out the parking lot to start the oil change. Was told it had been busy and priority to those waiting at the dealership. But I set an appt bc I don’t have the convenience to just sit and wait for my vehicle. And I had assumed almost 5 hours is enough for a simple oil change. Don’t see what’s the point of an oil change appt if it’ll be done whenever they have time.

  I was hesitant bringing our Tundra here due to the online reviews and the distance (65 miles). Its our first time and asked the first advisor in view and the way he answered did made me feel the review was validated. Im ready to back out but then again i thought its their Toyota expertise why Im here. The next advisor made us comfortable Thats Chris K. Though we waited 4 hrs because it needs the master mechanic, Chris communicated the updates, cause of delays, problem and the solution in my level of understanding and tone . In the end me and my husband were happy.

  I scheduled a 2pm appointment for a “maintenance required” light, arrived about 15 minutes prior, checked my vehicle in and waited for 2 hours before going back and asking the status. Was told they would check and let me know. An hour later, I was informed the technician that does that type of diagnostics went home for the day and I would have to come back tomorrow. I was given a temp loan vehicle and told they would let me know in the status of my vehicle in the morning. Received a call around 7:30am the next day telling me there were a variety of issues with my vehicle and they would have to order parts to repair it. I asked if there was any type of military discount and was told they can work something out. Over 6k in repairs and after convincing the Service rep to let me have the temp loan for free, it was going to be $48 a day rental, there was a very minimal reduction for any type of military discount. So much for military support. Will not be going back.

He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how transparent everything was—no surprises, no pushy sales tactics, just honest communication. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient, and Elnur made it clear he actually cared about making sure I was happy with my decision, not just making a sale. Overall, I left feeling like I got a fair deal and was treated with respect. I’d definitely recommend asking for Elnur if you’re planning to check out Sheehy in Fredericksburg.

  I had an outstanding experience selling my truck, and I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, just honest communication and a smooth, straightforward process. She made what could have been a stressful transaction feel completely seamless. Everything was handled efficiently, and she kept me informed every step of the way. On top of that, she went above and beyond by even arranging an Uber ride home for me, which really shows the level of care and customer service she provides.
