  The auto windshield service that I received from safelight auto glass service was received and completed in a timely manner. The customer service and repair personnel were courteous, professional and took very good care of my auto repair needs. The repair was coed in a timely manner. Should I have the repair need in the future I will return to this company. I highly recommend Safelight.

  This location was fast. I dropped my car off before going to work and they was done with a half an hour. They have yummy refreshments if you like coffee or tea!! And a quiet place to sit if you like to relax and wait on your car. And if you have state farm make sure your policy had windshield repair on it. State farm partners with Safelite!! Have a blessed day ☺️

  Domonic my tech came to my home and replaced my windshield. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He kept well informed during his time as to when he would be arriving. My neighbor had her windshield replaced last week and she was very pleased. I had to reschedule due to rain and when the lady called me from safelite to change the date she was very courteous and professional as well. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you all Safelite for your service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need.

  The repair failed and the windshield ended up being considerably worse. The paperwork process isn’t transparent ie the disclaimers and risks are sprung on you at the end. There wasn’t any pre inspection information or analysis upfront and the process seemed overall rushed for an inspection, prep, rig set up, purge and resin curing. My guess is that they just want to replace windshields but that may be not the case. I think they benefit from just being the insurance company preference. The business part runs well and the people were friendly but I would seek out a smaller local firm that can take more time and give more expertise as the repair part takes some skill and art in my opinion.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at your Fredericksburg location. I arrived for a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment and immediately ran into a complete lack of customer parking. There were virtually no available spaces, forcing me to briefly stop in a no-parking area just to check in. Within seconds, an employee told me I couldn’t park there and sent me to the rear of the building. Meanwhile, that same employee had their own work vehicle parked in the fire lane and was actively performing a windshield replacement on another vehicle also parked in the fire lane. Apparently, the rules only apply to customers. To make matters worse, company vehicles were taking up valuable space, and I personally observed multiple vehicles parked in handicapped spots without proper permits. That’s not just inconsiderate—it’s unacceptable. The entire situation reflects poorly on the management of this location. Parking, safety, and basic accessibility for paying customers should not be an afterthought. I would not recommend this location until these issues are addressed.
