  Great Service! I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Damon was very helpful. All of the staff was very friendly. My service was done quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Will highly recommend.

  I needed some air because my tire light was on and heard that you could have the guys at NTB fill them up for you so I dicided the give it a shot instead of dealing with the busted machines at wawa. Damon and Steve were exceptionally helpful. Steve made sure that all my tires were even and also checked my sensors to make sure it wasn't a dead battery. In the end, he reset them with some tool that fixes the problem and now everything is all good!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back here!

  I wanted to thank everyone at NTB and MAVIS Tires especially Damin and Andre' for their professionalism and expertise in providing service and getting back on the road. Most service techs and managers wouldn't take time to satisfy customers or go out the way to get the job done. Again thank you for fixing my vehicle and assuring me that I'll be safe on the road.   This my first visit to NTB located at 1640 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg VA. I schedule short notice travel by car, approximately 320 miles. The treadmill on the front tires was within specs but not near as good as the back tires. I new that I would feel much safer traveling if I could get the tires rotated. I called NTB and talked to the manager Damon. What a great guy. When he told me I could come right in and get my tires rotated for free I almost dropped my phone. Who offers service like that any more? When I got there I met two of the friendliest and courteous service reps I had ever encountered. I am 72 years old. I felt like I stepped out of a time machine to receive the best and friendliest service I can remember. They treated me like I had been a customer for the last 25 years! I got the VIP treatment from moment I walked through the door. I have to mention the service tech Steven (or Stephen). He was very knowledgeable and noticed the way he completed the work. He couldn't have been more attentive. He treated my car like his own, which I really appreciated. Those two guys made a great team. They will look you right in the eye and competently explain the work they completed. They were both very accommodating and answered all of my questions about the tire rotation process. The service i received felt more like what I would have expected if I brought my (imaginary) Bentley or Ferrari in for service. I look forward to the next time my car needs service. Damon and Steven are two of the nicest people I have met in a long time. To find working together in the same shop made it all the more amazing. Thanks Steven ! Thanks Damon !

  Damon is someone I would go to again and again. He was helpful and answered my questions and concerns about getting a newer brand of tires. I appreciate someone who knows how to deal with the customers and how well he spoke with me. Great job and I will be back with the other car I have.
