  Mr. tire was a delight to work with in difficult circumstances . I drove in there with a very low rear tire. They immediately took me in and took my car in for a review when Jorge told me that that tire was in trouble and so was at least one other and he would recommend three tires in this case, he showed me exactly why I would need three ties, and I felt very confident in the information that he gave me. My husband worked for Michelin tires for many many years and always emphasize the importance of a good alignment with all of the tires working together, so I appreciated judges advice, as well as his thoroughness on looking at my car. He ordered the tires immediately in the next day I was able to bring the car in have all tires changed in a matter of hours and have a much better drive and so much more confidence.

  I had a great experience with Lewis at the Mr. Tire Auto Service shop. Even though they didn’t end up performing maintenance on my car, Lewis still took the time to help me understand why my A/C wasn’t working and explained everything clearly. Since I was from out of town and driving a rental, he even went the extra mile to call Enterprise to see if I could have the vehicle traded in due to the issue. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help even though there was no service being done. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely wants to help just to make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you, Lewis, for going above and beyond!

  Tire pressure light was on. Went to a service station and put air in the tire. Tire pressure light stayed on. Mr Tire had me come in, no wait, and within a few minutes, one of the mechanics found a bolt in a place on the tread where a patch could be safely installed. The whole experience was quick and inexpensive ($47). Everyone was super courteous.
