  Excellent professional service. I was on vacation going to VA beach .Brake caliper was ceasing up. Pulled around back of shop. They took me right in. In and out real quick. Thank You Ben and team. I highly recommend them. Had a great vacation.

  Grease Monkey has amazing prices, they are knowledgeable, and also very courteous with customers. Definitely taking my car there for all future repairs. I had a conversation with a gentleman at the desk, and compared their prices with competitors I’d recently payed for and they had better quotes. If you don’t want to get lied to or stolen from Take Your Vehicle in to Grease Monkey. A service I had done for $1500 with someone else was only $800 with them including parts and labor!!!

  I went to Grease Monkey Fredericksburg today as a 1st time customer for an oil change.I was greeted out front and politely asked what service I needed.I went inside where I was informed about the options and pricing for my vehicle.Was told it wouldn't take long at all and that was so true.Technician Ethan found and showed me my cabin air filter to be fithy,clogged with leaves,and debris and down right disgusting. I had no idea.Thanks to Ethan for checking and pointing it out to me in a very professional,informative, and non -threatening matter.His approach was outstanding!! He finished my service,vacuumed inside,cleaned the windows,checked tires and fluids and gave an overall visual inspection of my van.From the time I was greeted until check-out, the 1st time experience was outstanding.I was even given a 1st time customer coupon.The facilities were clean,efficient,and extremely well staffed with very friendly,non-pressuring staff who knew their profession.My 1st visit was outstanding and thanks to Ethan and his great customer service skills,I'm now a fan long term.Thank you Ethan and Grease Monkey of Fredericksburg.
